DESIGN
We put a project
team together pairing top level project managers with industry certified
electrical engineers, each with a wide range of experience in the most
current, efficient and effective methods of electrical design and construction.
Their experience in design/build enables us to provide the most efficient
delivery of a quality project that meets or exceeds the owners’ expectations,
on time and within budget.
Terrance's Electrical
engineers have extensive experience with lighting design, lighting photometrics
and lighting control. Due to demanding energy code and regulations effective
and efficient lighting design is now more important than ever. Our engineers
have experience with the design of several types of facilities where
the lighting can be critical, including parking garages, ATMs, laboratories,
warehouses, data centers and office buildings.
ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION
Electrical construction
– including offices, rennovations, retail facilities, high rise residential,
and commerical buildings make up the majority of our business. Though
the range of types of projects that can fall under the electrical construction
is quite broad, Terrance Electric has extensive experience in each of
these areas.
Every electrical
construction project varies in scope and size. Electrical projects can
include the core and shell of a new building only. Often times, the
core and shell work will encompass tenant improvement work as well.
Tenant improvement work is done repeatedly in some buildings as old
tenants move out and new tenants move in. A building can be completely
remodeled and upgraded, bringing in a new electrical service or new
system components, such as a generator or UPS system.
