Scope of Operations Terrance Electric and Technology has been providing state of the art electric design, electrical engineering, electrical installation of power, lighting, and control systems, coupled with network and computer LAN cable, voice and data cabling, fiber optic cabling and telecommunication systems installation and contractor service and support. Our Electrical and Cable technicians serve the greater Chicago area. Technology Telecommunications: Our Telecommunication project management team has over 25 years experience in the design and installation of telecommunication systems and telecommunication equipment. Our telecommunication team is lead by former AT&T, Lucent, and SBC Ameritech partners. Our technicians and installers are highly qualified and trained in their respective fields. Each of the telecommunications technicians is trained annually in a variety of vendor systems and components. Including but not limited to: (Avaya, Lucent, Nortel, Merlin,BERK-TEK) Data,Network, Computer LAN Cabling Systems: We staff BICSI certified RCDD and telecommunications cabling installers for CAT 5 cable, CAT 5E cable, CAT 6 cable, and fiber optic cable systems. Our network and computer cable technician installers have on average of five years experience with network cabling and structured cabling components and installation. We are a certified Avaya SYSTIMAX® installer and Berk-Tek OASIS integrator. Electrical Terrance is a full service electrical contractor currently staffing over 75 licensed, bonded, union electricians. We service electrical installations, electrical design, electrical wiring, and power/lighting and control systems. As a member of NECA (National Electrical Contractors association) we ensure that our work follows the NEIS electrical installation standards. All jobs meet or exceed NEC and NESC contruction regulations. Our staff currently is on the Board of Directors(Contractor) for the Electric Association of Chicago, providing members of the electrical industry of Chicagoland and their employees with formal educational opportunities, professional development, information. |
